Policies are classified as Department Policy Type A, a policy with no significant fiscal or operational impact on contracted delinquency service providers or Type B, a policy with a significant fiscal or operational impact on contracted delinquency service providers. Policies will be posted for a single 10 working day review period (unless otherwise stated) that commences with the date of publication of a notice in the Miscellaneous Section of the Florida Administrative Review.
In order to expedite the posting of these comments and the Department's responses in a timely manner, please use a blank Matrix of Review Comments form for your comments, emailing them to the contact person identified for the policy.
