Manuals
The Office of Program Accountability coordinates the development, review, and approval of the Department's manuals. These manuals are revised regularly in order to provide up-to-date instructions on various subjects. All staff will be notified when a manual is under review. View approved and under review manuals.
Administrative Rule
The DJJ administrative rules are part of the Florida Administrative Code, and they specify the requirements and operating guidelines for the services that the Department provides. View the rules specifically related to DJJ.
Department Policies
Policies and procedures provide instructions for all the functions within DJJ. They are sorted both by policy number and by program office. All policies and procedures are displayed as PDFs alongside links to all of the related forms. View the entire listing.
A number of Management Information System Policies and Procedures are only available on the Department's Intranet Website. If you are a provider or require a copy of the policy, and you do not have access to the DJJ Intranet, please contact your Contract Manager.
Interagency Agreements & Memoranda of Understanding
Interagency agreements and memoranda of understanding (MOUs) explain the interactions between DJJ and other governmental agencies. Each agreement and MOU is assigned a level to indicate who has stewardship over it. A list of all the levels can be found on the interagency agreements webpage.
Community Resource Guide
The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice Community Resource Guide helps staff, parents and stakeholders locate resources available to youth and families in their local communities. You can narrow results by circuit, county, and topic to find the assistance you need.
