  • Bureau of Procurement and Contract Administration (BPCA)

    This bureau develops procurement and contract documents upon request from the appropriate Assistant Secretary’s office; facilitates the procurement process; and provides technical assistance to Department staff with the procurement and contract processes and documents.

  • Juvenile Justice Circuit Advisory Boards

    The purpose of each Juvenile Justice Circuit Advisory Board is to work with the Chief Probation Officer of the circuit to use data to inform policy and practice which improves the juvenile justice continuum.

  • Data Integrity / JJIS

    Data Integrity Officers ensure that data and information entered into the Juvenile Justice Information System (JJIS) is accurate throughout the Department of Juvenile Justice.

  • Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA)

    The purpose of the act is to “provide for the analysis of the incidence and effects of prison rape in Federal, State, and local institutions and to provide information, resources, recommendations and funding to protect individuals from prison rape.”

  • Information Security Awareness Training

    DJJ policy requires all Providers and Contractors needing access to any form of JJIS data (components, training modules, databases, etc.) to take the Information Security Awareness (ISA) training course prior to being granted access and at least once per calendar year.
