If accepted to the citation program, the State Attorney's Office forwards the information and sanction list to DJJ. DJJ assists the youth with completion. If non-compliance or a new arrest occur while participating, a petition will be filed by the State Attorney's Office. | Misdemeanor offense(s) with no pending cases and not currently on supervision; excluding prior/current delinquency, offenses involving sexual related behaviors, synthetic drugs, distribution of drugs, traffic, animal cruelty, or gang related. | John Hancock Michelle Galloway | |
